Tanners Moment of the Month April 2026 - David Lockwood

The Tanners Moment of the Month went to David Lockwood after his What a Pleasure won.  What a Pleasure is a 10 year old Mare who was bred by David and was finally winning her Maiden race at the Cattistock meeting after being placed second on her four previous outings. It was intended that the bottle would be presented at Vauterhill by Brian McCreesh to David but unfortunately she fell at the last fence and as she needed some attention it was not felt appropriate to make the presentation then so hence the use of the Cattistock picture. What A Pleasure has run her last race as she is now going to stud and hopefully will produce some winning progeny. As Heidi described her – she has been a pleasure to train and was so pleased that she was rewarded with a victory at Chilfrome.
