Larkhill Racing Club @ Larkhill

The second of seven scheduled point-to-point meetings to be held at Larkhill Racecourse, near Salisbury will take place on Sunday 8th January . This is the second meeting of the Wessex point-to-point season where 22 meetings are due to be held across the counties of Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire from December to May 2017. Larkhill is one of the premier point-to-point courses and always provides a fair test for horses and riders.

Fences all back to pristine condition, bends moved. The course is looking great ahead of the meeting. Pretty chilly up there at the moment but the wind is veering early next week and we hope for rather warmer conditions when it does.

Going should be good with a good covering of grass, (4 hours of rain on Sunday) has helped.
