Tanners returns as sponsors for Wessex Moment of the Month!

Tanners Wine Merchants have kindly announced they are to continue their sponsorship of our popular "Moment of the Month" for the season and we are hugely grateful for their support.

This is awarded to any individual (or horse) deemed to have caught the eye of the Wessex PROs as a special moment.  In previous years it has been given to a jockey riding their very first winner, a trainer bringing a horse back from a long layoff to win or even a hard-working official who has gone above and beyond to make their meeting a success.

The PROs aim wherever possible to keep the six monthly awards within the Area and thus champion the great many people who support Wessex Pointing.

The happy recipient of the November/December bottle of Tanners Champagne, was Harry Ryall.
